Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for a size change or a refund within 14 days of receiving the order by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.

You can only exchange for a different size of the same item, if available.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have completed receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive an RMA code with instructions via email. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.

The customer has 10 days from the authorization to return the purchase.

Return shipping costs will be retained.
